This is an important notice for all clients; today, we have released newly updated questionnaires circulated to all clients. We would ask that these are rolled out ASAP before we begin to phase the old forms out in June 2021. We would also like to remind all clients that you are not required to renew covid risk assessments unless a candidates health/risk has changed, and if this is the case, a new form must be completed.
If for any reason, a client has not received a copy of these forms, they can contact their account manager or access these from the portal where we have placed a banner advising of the change, allowing quick access to download the newly revised forms. In addition to this, when you email us, you will get an autoreply with links to download these forms making it a straightforward process.
