Portal Issues Resolved

Last night, our web hosting company completed a migration of our portal which encouraged some technical difficulties causing our portal to be offline until 10:30am this morning. The issue has now been resolved, and measures are currently being put in place to ensure this does not happen again. We want to be clear this was a completely external issue we had no control over. Network Issues

At around 12:20 pm today, our website went down due to a DDOS attack, which affected thousands of websites. DDOS mitigation was put in place by our host, which brought services back online, and the DDOS has itself now stopped. Our host aims to have a more comprehensive DDOS protection in place 24/7 within the next couple of days to prevent this from happening again. The initial problem was made worse because the upstream datacentre provider working with our host accidentally disabled an entir
