Healthier Business Group continues to strive for excellence by gaining the required accreditations your compliance requires. In all areas of the business, we seek to not only meet but exceed these standards. The requirement to have these standards means that you can rest assured that your candidates and company are in safe hands.
ISO 9001:2015 Certification
Healthier Business Group is proud to announce that we have been awarded ISO 9001 certification. This internationally recognised standard ensures we meet the needs of our clients through an effective quality management system.
To gain ISO 9001 accreditation, the business evaluated all processes, management reviews, documentation, and audit of the QMS. This was carried out by a UKAS-accredited ISO certification and Government-backed service. This demonstrates that quality is at the core of our operations and our continued commitment to excellence in everything we do.
The ISO 9001 certification helps us demonstrate that we have robust and defined procedures in all our business areas. It also helps us measure client satisfaction and continually improves our processes to ensure we identify all present customer needs and identify and assess future requirements, as customer satisfaction has always been a fundamental part of our business.
We are exceedingly proud of this achievement and the added assurance it gives our customers and employees that we are passionate about delivering quality services yet at reasonable prices.
Safe Effective Occupational Health Service (SEQOHS)
SEQOHS is a set of standards and a voluntary accreditation scheme for occupational health services in the UK and beyond. SEQOHS accreditation is the formal recognition that an occupational health service provider has demonstrated that it has the competence to deliver against the measures in the SEQOHS standards. The SEQOHS accreditation scheme is a stand-alone scheme managed by the royal college of physicians of London, selected to lead and manage the process on behalf of the faculty of occupational medicine. Healthier Business UK Ltd was one of the first in the compliance sector to achieve accreditation. It was noted throughout our assessment that our policies and processes were of an exceedingly high standard.
Alignment to the Statutory/Mandatory CSTF (Commercial List)
Skills for Health’s ‘UK Core Skills Training Framework (CSTF) is designed to ensure consistency in delivering statutory/mandatory training, and alignment to the CSTF is now a requirement of the main staff procurement frameworks. Training that has been verified as aligned to the CSTF can be recognised by employer organisations as in compliance with the Statutory/Mandatory CSTF and thereby help to prevent unnecessary duplication of training as staff move between roles and organisations. CSTF no longer verifies the commercial list for approved suppliers, and self-certification/alignment is now the minimum requirement for 2021 and beyond.
CPD Standards
Continuing professional development (CPD) is the intentional maintenance and development of the knowledge and skills needed to perform in a professional context. Structured CPD gives employees a clear path to success within their current role and progression to future ones. Employees in regulated industries (e.g. healthcare, accountancy, legal work) can lose their license to operate if they don’t maintain their CPD.
Association of Healthcare Trainers (AoHT)
Founded by healthcare trainers for healthcare trainers, the Association of Healthcare Trainers is one of the UK’s largest non-profit membership associations for those training within the healthcare sector. The Association of Healthcare Trainers provides a Code of Ethics & Conditions of Membership to abide by.
Cyber Essentials
Cyber Essentials is a United Kingdom government information assurance scheme that the National Cyber Security Centre operates; it is a widely recognised scheme that protects organisations from the most common cyber security attacks.
Living Wage Accreditation
Living wage employer accreditation is managed by citizens UK and provides employers with a licence to the living wage employer mark. As a living wage employer, we ensure that all employees aged 18 and over, including certain classes of contracted staff, are paid at least the living wage. Here at the Healthier Business Group, we believe strongly that all staff should be rewarded for their hard work and continued investment in the company’s growth.
Great Place to Work Accreditation
Great Place to Work is the global authority on workplace culture. They have been listening to employee voices for over 40 years, which has helped them determine what makes a truly great workplace.
